Our team will face off against the Panthers from Duncanville, Texas, in an exciting matchup at the Credit Union 1 Arena in Chicago. Today in chemistry class, sophomores had a blast learning science in a delicious way by making dry ice ice cream. Using milk, creamer, sugar and vanilla they mixed over dry ice which quickly froze the ingredients into creamy ice cream. A great hands on lesson, and a tasty treat!
