DIGITAL TRANSCRIPTS: NOW AVAILABLE FROM PARCHMENT

• Rich Township School District 227 has partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTranscript exchange, to send high school transcripts electronically, securely and confidentially, to colleges and universities of your choice. The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.  

  Students and alumni simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization, or individual for which they would like to receive it. Users will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript. 

  Current Rich Township High School students can receive transcripts free of charge. In the rare circumstance the desired recipient does not accept electronic delivery and the transcript must be mailed, there will be an additional charge of $2.00. 

  Alumni will be charged $5.00 per request and $7.00 if the transcript must be mailed. Graduating seniors will be considered current students until the next academic year begins. Third party “Enrollment or Graduation Verification Requests” are made via Parchment by selecting the school link below. The cost for enrollment or graduation verification requests is $12.00.
