Rich South Students Recognized at Illinois Principal Association
Rich South is pleased to announce that two students were recognized at the annual suburban Cook county Illinois Principal Association Breakfast on May 4th. Payton Head is involved in over 15 extra-curricular activities, including vice-president of the Rich South band and student government, and exhibits excellent leadership and citizenship in his school and community – all while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Stephanie Le Nguyen is a member of the Science Club, Key Club, and National Honor Society. She is also a student ambassador, peer mediator, science tutor, varsity soccer player and senior co-director of the Olympic World Flag mural. During her years in high school, she has won a variety of awards, including Outstanding Freshman, the President’s Award for Academic Excellence, a Varsity Soccer Letter “R”, and a consecutive award for outstanding mathematics scholar for three years.
