Registration Information

STUDENT REGISTRATION 2010-11

Student registration for all Rich Township High Schools is scheduled for: August 3rd, 4th and 5th from 8:00am till 11:00am and 4:00pm till 7:00pm.

Please allow  ample time for the registration process. ALL families whether returning or new to the district, are required to verify residency. You must bring with you and provide a total of four documents that are listed on the following link.

Mandatory residency verification.

When you come to registration please be sure to bring the following required forms: 

• Fee Statement with your payment. We also accept Visa and MasterCard for payment of your registration fees.
• The completed race and ethnicity re-identification form for each of your student(s). 
• Health Form(s) - All freshmen and students new to the district must have a current physical before they can register for school. Freshmen students must bring a completed State of Illinois Certificate of Child Health Examiniation Form. Sophomores, Juniors & Seniors participating in sporting activities are also required to have an IHSA Sports Physical.       
• Student Profile - Review your student's information and make any changes as necessary.
