Due to Governor Pritzker’s Executive Order 2020-07, which calls for the temporary suspension of certain Open Meetings Act (OMA) requirements in light of the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Rich Township High School District 227 Board of Education Committee of the Whole and Regular board meeting will be live streamed via internet on July 21, 2020. This is being done to help preserve and protect the health and safety of everyone involved and in compliance with Governor Pritzker’s stay-at-home order.
The Committee of the Whole meeting begins at 5:30 pm, and the Regular board meeting begins at 6:30 pm OR following Committee of the Whole.
How Will The Board Hear Public Comments?
During the Board of Education meeting on July 21, 2020, members of the public body will have an opportunity to share their comments, questions and feedback via the call-in number listed below:

Please note that conference line will only be available to accept calls starting at 5:30 pm on the day of the board meeting. All calls will be placed on mute until the public comment portion of the agenda. Callers will address the board in the order received and all participants will have a four-minute time limit. For the record, callers will be asked to provide their first name, last name, and agenda item they wish to address. Once the public comments portion of the agenda is completed no additional calls will be accepted.
