A Rich South High History Team, consisting of Lorenzo Roche, Kali Cooks, Deja Echols, and Adamaris Carrera, took 1st Place at last week’s annual AP US History Scavenger Hunt. AP students formed teams and had four days to complete the hunt. Teachers gave teams a list of clues that focused on the theme: the American Revolution; each clue was in rhyme or riddle form and identified one of 36 RSHS staff. The teams had to solve the clue, match the correct staff member, and collect the staff member’s signature. Teams that were first to discover a respective staff member received extra points. The AP Department awarded each member of the winning team a medal for their excellent work solving the clues.
