On Tuesday, November 15, 2016 the White Sox’s ACE program held an event at US Cellular Field to celebrate 12 participants, who signed their college letter of intent. Corey Stallings Jr. and Reese Calvin were among the group of your men to attend the event. Corey has committed to Tuskegee University receiving an academic and athletic scholarship. Reese has committed to Wiley College on both an academic and athletic scholarship. The Sox started the ACE program in 2007 with the aim to provide
inner-city baseball players with the skills and opportunities to
succeed. ACE players have earned more than 130 scholarships, and more
than 70 have played at the NCAA Division I level. We congratulate our two Olympians for their achievements.
