PBIS at Rich Central
On Friday, January 13th students at Rich Central participated in lessons on the social/emotional skill of respect. The PBIS Team coordinated the day which concluded with a semester kick off rally. The rally began with student competitions and was followed by our guest speaker Mr. Yamini who, “helps schools and organizations dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline by warning and educating our youth about the consequences of where inviting harmful influences into their lives can and will lead them.” After Mr. Yamini’s presentation students and staff competed in various activities and relay games which were then followed by a raffle for our students who were “caught being good” over the past month.  Students should continue to demonstrate our Olympian values for future opportunities to win in the upcoming rallies.
