Contacting the Support Line:

The RTHS Technical Support Line is the starting point for all desktop support problem logging, tracking and resolution for RTHS District 227 faculty and staff.

Reporting Your Problem to the Support Line at 679-5704

When you contact the Support Line, please leave the following key pieces of information, including: 

1. Your full name (Please say it slowly and spell it)
2. Campus
3. Room number where the equipment is located
4. Tag number of the equipment needing service   
5. Description of your problem (My computer won't boot, I can't print...etc)

Make sure you are calling from a phone near your computer or the hardware experiencing the problem. 

As you leave a message, please speak slowly and clearly while providing all the details listed above.
