Contacting Support
The Information Technology Department now has two ways for you to submit a technology support work order.
1. Online Using our Self Service System
To access the online system click on the TrackIt icon below.
2. Call and Report Your Problem to the Support Line at 679-5704
When you call the Support Line, please leave the following key pieces of information, including:
- Your full name (Please say it slowly and spell it)
- Campus
- Room number where the equipment is located
- Tag number of the equipment needing service
- Description of your problem (My computer won't boot, I can't print...etc)
Make sure you are calling from a phone near your computer or the hardware experiencing the problem.
As you leave a message, please speak slowly and clearly while providing all the details listed above.
