Mr. Greg Wright and Dr. Louise Coleman
Welcome to the 2016-2017 School Year,
This year we are excited about the changes we have worked hard on this summer to bring our school district closer to achieving our long term goals. Currently we are evaluating the programs, interviewing staff, scheduling professional development and working with new administrators on constructing new procedures around the district. It is important to have uniform procedures across the district while developing the staff to meet the demands of common core standards. Center stage this year will be a continuation of monitoring and measuring student growth and progress.
Heading the administrative team for the Rich Township District for the 2016-2017school year is Dr. Louise Coleman, a retired Joliet Public School District Superintendent and also Gregory Wright, a retired Superintendent from Posen Robbins School District. Dr. Coleman and Mr. Wright have worked in the field of education for more than 38 years individually. During that time they have both worked in the classroom, worked as building level administrators, district office administrators, and also superintendents of school districts. Dr. Coleman and Mr. Wright have accepted the mission of improving schools and readying the Rich Township school district for a permanent superintendent.
