The new online student enrollment system is a secure and paperless process. First, parents/guardians must prove residency and provide the required documents to their home campus. Then they will receive their unique registration code with instructions on how to access the online enrollment system.
 
 
 
District 227 requires the following enrollment forms and documents.
Forms must be submitted at your student’s home campus during one of the designated dates and times. See the key date’s section.

REQUIRED STUDENT INFORMATION

• Immunizations/Shot Records: Completed Illinois State Health Physical - All freshmen must have a physical dated after January 1, 2019, the physical must be on the Illinois Health Examination Form; no other form will be accepted. The form must have a signature and stamp from the doctor, APN or clinic with the BMI and Diabetes Risk Assessment done.
 
The health history portion of the form must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian. A copy of the form is available on our website. All immunizations must be up-to-date and obtained at the appropriate intervals. Most incoming first-year students will need meningococcal #1 and a Tdap booster. A booster is required every ten years.

• Divorce/Custody/Guardianship Papers/906 Placement Form (if applicable)

• Proof of Residency from parent/homeowner: Parents/guardians must provide documentation showing you live within the boundaries of your student’s home campus. YOU MUST PROVIDE FOUR (4) CURRENT DOCUMENTS.
 
 
 
Your student(s) may qualify for free meals or reduced-price meals. To apply for free or reduced-price meals this year, we are introducing an online application process for the Household Eligibility Application for meal benefits. Additional information can be found on our website.

Fee Waivers: General Registration Fees are waived for the student(s) of any family that qualifies for free meal benefits.
Families should complete a Household Eligibility Application for meal benefits online before making fee payments or arrangements.
 
The new online Household Eligibility Application for meal benefits portal opens July 8, 2019.
 
 
New this year, District 227 features an online platform for parents/guardians to manage payments of student fees.

Parents/guardians will have the convenience and flexibility of one account to securely pay for all student fees with a credit or debit card.
This new online fee payment system will be available on October 15, 2019.
